Speaker Information + Resources

Thank you for your interest in speaking at the Therapy Intensive Summit. I’m so excited to team up with you to pull off an incredible event!

The Therapy Intensive Summit is a 4-day event to help therapists create the practice of their dreams, so they can Get Creative, Go Deep, & Make Money while truly enjoying life as a therapist.

On this page, you’ll find resources meant to make speaking as easy as possible and answer any questions you have. If you run into a question I didn’t answer, email me at hello@intensivedesignlab.com

As a speaker, you'll also get free access to the All Access Pass!

QUICK ACCESS LINKS

How the Event Will Work

The Therapy Intensive Summit will run from Monday April 28 - Thursday May 1.  Each speaker will be asked to pre-record a 20-25 minute interview with Steffeny (including a 3-minute freebie pitch).

Along with the pre-recorded interviews, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to connect, have fun, and ask questions. You’re welcome to post and go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion, beginning on April 14. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule to make promo easy for you or your VA.

During the promotion phase and as the summit is running, we’ll also be promoting the 1) Extended Access Pass which includes replays for each of the presentations and 2) All-Access Pass which includes the replays plus:

  •  Live panels with speakers on a variety of topics (TBD)

  • Hot Seat Coaching & Ask Me Anything Session with Steffeny

  • Amazing bonuses from speakers!

This will provide immense value to our attendees while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!

After the summit, I will open registration for my Intensive Design Lab program, Launch Guide. You will earn a 10% commission on any sales from attendees you’ve referred, which will come to a payout of $49 - $149 per sale.

What I’ll Ask of You

So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it!

1. BASIC INFORMATION

The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and Speakers page. (Coming Soon)

Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.

2. INTERVIEW-STYLE PRESENTATION

Next up is your presentation! This is a 20-25 minute pre-recorded interview with me that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured.  We want our attendees to learn something great while having fun in the process.

Please prepare 1-2 takeaways or tidbits that you want to share during the interview so that attendees can walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you ASAP.

You can schedule a time for your interview here. We’ll work together to craft the interview questions.

You are free to request a copy of your interview to use any way that you’d like in the future.

Your interview should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

  • A quick introduction

  • An overview of your topic

  • A hot take about where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it

  • Teaching section

  • Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)

  • Up to a 3-minute freebie pitch

  • Include questions for attendees to answer in the Facebook group to boost engagement

Interviews must be recorded by March 28.

3. ALL-ACCESS PASS CONTRIBUTION

The All Access Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

  • Templates

  • Workbooks

  • Courses (big or small)

  • 1-month memberships

  • eBooks

Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.

Anyone who does contribute a premium resource will get a 60% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 50%. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.

We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off offers.  Those can be included on the Meet the Speakers page.

Information for these resources is due on March 28. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple. Attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus right when registration opens on April 7.

4. PROMOTION

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on April 14.

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 50% commission that will come from any All Access Pass sales 60% if you've contributed a premium bonus).

You’ll find swipe copy and graphics in the Resource Vault below.

5. EVENT PARTICIPATION

And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!  You are welcome to answer questions in the Summit Facebook Group and go live to connect with summit attendees.  This will help build a closer connection with folks who are new to you and strengthen the impact of your presentation.

Affiliate Details

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the All-Access Pass where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by June 1.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 50% for all speakers

  • 60% for all speakers who contribute to the All-Access Pass

The pricing structure will be:

  • Extended Access Pass

    • $47 for 20 minutes after initial registration

    • $67 from April 14-April 28

    • $87 from April 29 - May 12

  • All Access Pass

    • $97 for 20 minutes after initial registration

    • $127 from April 14-April 28

    • $157 from April 29 - May 12

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.

Just remember to use your affiliate link, which you can create or look up here.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
